Start Information:

The day begins in Glen Echo at C&O Canal Lock 7.

End Information:

The stage concludes in Georgetown/DC at the Trailhead C&O Canal Towpath. 

Details:

Our journey along the C&O concludes with an easy stroll into Georgetown. Stay tuned--something might develop in DC proper that could add a little more to this stage and bring us into the capitol, thought that would certainly be an optional addition.

And if the walk unfolds as scheduled, with no changes, we'll reach Georgetown just in time for lunch. Seems like a great day for a bowl of soup.

Support: A support vehicle will be accessible at Abner Cloud House (3.8 miles). Water will be available to top off bottles, along with all necessary participant gear.
