Event: The day kicks off with a breakfast hosted by the Adams County Health & Wellness Coalition at the park at 1 Simmons Avenue.

Support: A support vehicle will be accessible at Serpent Mound State Memorial (9.9 miles), Sinking Spring (18.2 miles), and Latham (30.2 miles). Water will be available to top off bottles, along with all necessary participant gear. Food is available for purchase in Sinking Spring and Latham.

Take Heed: Today's stage includes some stages on rural highways with limited shoulder space. Be attentive to auto traffic.
