The day begins in Cincinnati at the Berry Way Fountains on the north side of the Roebling Bridge.

The stage concludes in Milford at the Milford Trailhead

We've been looking forward to this stage, ever since the City of Milford became the first community to embrace the relay in a huge way, generating a load of enthusiastic support for the event. It doesn't hurt that this is a really fun section of the ADT, especially if you're into urban walking. We begin by descending back to the Ohio River, following the riverside walkway out of the downtown. Some complicated maneuevers are required to navigate around and through overpasses, but eventually we work our way up to Eden Park, home to the Buckeye Trail Southern Terminus and some great views. From there, we have a long stretch following Madison Rd and Erie Ave, moving through the distinctive architecture of Hyde Park and Mariemont along the way. 

After taking a break in Mariemont, we'll leave Greater Cincinnati behind and find some breathing room, following the Little Miami Scenic Trail as it slices between U.S. 50 and the Little Miami River. In time, this will deliver us directly into Milford, our home for the night.

Support: A support vehicle will be accessible at Eden Park - Buckeye Trail Southern Terminus (3.1 miles), Hyde Park Square (6.5 miles), and Mariemont Town Square (10.8 miles). Water will be available to top off bottles, along with all necessary participant gear. 

Take Heed: This urban walk will involve a lot of participants. As you engage in conversation and have a good time, please still be mindful of traffic, approach crosswalks with care, and make sure others have space on the sidewalk. Public restrooms may be limited, but there should be ample cafes and other shops where you could grab a quick drink and get access.
