The day begins at River Place Plaza in Cedar Falls.

The stage concludes at Veteran's Memorial Hall and Soldiers/Sailors Park in Waterloo.

After some very busy days, with many miles ridden, we finally slow it down today, with a relaxing stroll along the Cedar River. With only the shortest of exceptions, this takes advantage of the excellent trail network in the region, first on the north side of the river in George Wyth State Park (home to the northernmost point on the ADT!), and then later shifting to the south side. Without too much effort, we'll make it into Waterloo with plenty of time for lunch.
