The day begins in Sedalia at the Katy Depot.

The stage concludes in Rocheport at the Katy Trail - Rocheport Trailhead.

Navigation from here to St. Louis is as easy as it gets. Follow the Katy Trail. That's it! There are some gentle ups and downs between Sedalia and Boonville, dropping a few hundred feet along the way, but once you cross the Missouri it's flat riding the rest of the way, often with a good bit of shade.

Support: A support vehicle will be accessible at Clifton City Trailhead (11.8 miles), Pilot Grove (23.8 miles), and Boonville Visitors Center (35.4 miles). Water will be available to top off bottles, along with all necessary participant gear. Restrooms are available at each trailhead.

Take Heed: No warnings required--this is a delightful day of riding with services available along the way. There isn't a ton of room to maneuver when crossing the Boonslick Bridge over the Missouri River, but you've got a protective barrier separating you from car traffic the whole way, so just take it easy and try not to hit any pedestrians!
