The day begins at Main St. & E Riverview Ave in Fort Morgan.

The stage concludes at the Overland Trail Museum in Sterling.

It's a simple navigation day, as we continue following the South Platte River as it slices northeastward. After leaving Fort Morgan and crossing north over the river, we follow county roads eastward through a series of State Wildlife Areas--Jean K. Tool, Elliot, and Messex--along with the small town of Snyder.

The ADT shifts back to the south side of the river after tiny Beta, following the Grand Army of the Republic southward before navigating around to another series of quiet county roads. I76 begins to encroach upon the trail in this stretch, bringing some background noise to the otherwise open farmland, but that also previewing our ever-approaching destination. The city of Sterling sits just across the river, though we'll officially conclude the stage at the Overland Trail Museum across from town.
