Details:
The day begins on the flats to the west of the Henry Mountains from which we rise into the cooler air and forests of Mt Ellen crossing Bull Creek Pass at 10,800 ft. From the pass the relay begins its reroute due to the Cottonwood fire closures in Bears Ears, we will descend north to Hanksville on the Lonesome Beaver Road.
A support vehicle will be taking the same route as the relayers and meet them on a regular basis.
